Kuwaiti firm to buy real estate assets in Egypt

The Egyptian Tabarak Group for real estate investments and the Kuwaiti Company Al-Manar Financing and Leasing announced that they signed a cooperation agreement, according to which the latter will finance the purchase of real estate assets owned by Tabarak Group in Egypt, reported the
Kuwaiti newspaper, Al-Rai Al-Aam (July 5, 2005).


Speaking in the signing ceremony, the general manager of Tabarak in the Gulf
region, Mohammad Saleh Hasan, introduced the main projects of the group, including Tabarak residential city in Maadi, which is  spread upon 120,000 square meters area and includes 3250 housing units, a 5-star hotel and many commercial complexes; Maadi Heights in the region of new Maadi in Cairo, which is composed of 120 villas; and Fantasy-Ras Sadr project on the Red Sea, which is located on a 700 meter length beach and includes many entertainment sites, swimming pools and other services.
