A major Kuwaiti business house has purchased prime plots of land at The Business Bay, according to the developer, Dubai Properties. "Our choice of investment in the Business Bay is due to its unique and strategic location in the heart of Dubai, near Shaikh Zayed Road," Bukhamseen Group of Companies director Osama Bukhamseen was quoted as saying.
All in all, the Bukhamseen Group has invested some Dh100 million ($27.2 million) in Business Bay, which is being developed as the Business District of Dubai.
