Kuwaiti-Italian trade increased by 28 percent in 2001

Commercial exchanges between Kuwait and Italy increased by 28 percent in 2001, compared to figures from the previous year. Kuwait imported $425 million worth of goods from Kuwait last year and exported $90 million worth of products to the Mediterranean state, reported KUNA

 

Italy’s exports to Kuwait accounted for 74 percent of the trade exchange between the two states in 2001. In addition to spare parts and machinery, Kuwait imports electrical appliances, leather products, furniture and chemicals from Italy. — (menareport.com)
