Land transactions in Dubai reported

The total value of land transactions in Dubai last week peaked at Dhs634.54 millions , of which sales exceeded Dhs369 million. The total value of mortgages during the period was Dhs265.69 million, according to the Land Department.

 

A total of 43 sale transactions were registered with the Department by the end of the week, the most valuable of which was a plot in Mankhool that was sold for Dhs60 million. The next two most prominent sales saw a second plot in Jumeira First acquired for the sum of Dhs41.25 million and another in Naif for Dhs30.4485 million.

 

The Mirdif area was the most active in terms of the week's sales, with some 6 transactions. Al Mamzer followed it with 3 sales.

 

During  the period, Al Mamzer recorded the highest turnover by value, at Dhs68.5 million, followed by the Mankhool area, Dhs60 million, and Jumeira First area, Dhs41.25 million.

 

The biggest area sold was the 68156.21 sq ft in the Al Safouh Second area, which went for Dhs25 million. A 47932.04 sq ft plot in the Nad Al Shiba Area was acquired for Dhs8.15 million, while 39690.75 sq ft of Jumeira First was disposed of for Dhs41.25 million.

 

During the period under review 22 mortgages worth Dhs252.07 million were registered, the most significant of which as the Dhs75 million for an area at Al Murqabat. There was another for Dhs70.7 million on an area in Rega Al Buteen
