Landmark Properties, one of the United Arab Emirates leading property consultants, is expanding its business inline with the rapid growth in Dubai’s real estate market.
Since its inception in May 2003, Landmark Properties has grown significantly, from three agents to 27 agents. The company has built a solid reputation by successfully dealing with all aspects of real estate services and catering to the needs of both the individual and corporate clients looking to buy, lease or sell.
Dedicated to improving its range of client services Landmark Properties has recently introduced a new ‘Project Sales and Marketing Department’. The new department will be working closely with developers across the region and beyond to introduce new and exciting projects to the Dubai landscape.
“We felt that setting up the new department was necessary to provide the unique services required to meet the demands of our valued clients. As Landmark already has a sales team set up with comprehensive knowledge of the market, investors feel confident in handing over their properties,” said Beverly Weeden, Manager, Project Sales and Marketing Department, Landmark Properties.
“So far the department has received very positive feedback and we have had numerous enquiries to manage the sales of future developments,” Lara Tabbal, Manager, Project Sales and Marketing Department, Landmark Properties.
Complimenting the new department, Princess Pagola, Data Entry Operator, Landmark Properties, will take on a new role as Customer Service Executive – Project Sales and Marketing Department.
Working with the heads of the department, Princess will take on the responsibility of the current projects and developments helping with administration work and updating of records. An integral part of her role will be constant communication and servicing clients in Landmark Properties’ existing portfolio of exclusive projects.
In addition, Anne Marie Infante will be joining Landmark properties as Data Entry Operator. Anne Marie’s job role will focus on updating and sourcing new sales inventory for the company’s database.
As the real estate market continues to soar in the Emirates, Landmark Properties understands the necessity of keeping up to date with new and existing properties in order to provide the best service to its clients.
Finally, with plans to open new offices and employ further property consultants, the company has taken proactive measures to ensure their employees are looked after by implementing a new Human Resources Management System.
The programme is an integrated HRMS solution which will enable Landmark Properties to effectively manage its human resources, leading to increased productivity. All HR policies and processes will be centralized for all branches to use and communicate through.
