Le Méridien Dubai Hotel reported a year-round room occupancy rate of 92 percent. According to Business Development Director Shujaat Yar, Revenue Per Available Room (Rev Par) increased by more than 11 percent during the same period.
“An average of 1,700 diners visited our F&B (food & beverage) outlets each day,” said Yar.m “Major international events held in Dubai during the year, including the Annual Meeting of the Board of Governors of the World Bank and International Monetary Fund (IMF), and the Dubai Air Show, resulted in increased levels of business visitors to Dubai which in turn further bolstered our performance,” he added.
Le Méridien Dubai is located near the Dubai International Airport. The hotel offers guests a choice of 383 rooms and suites. — (menareport.com)
