Lebanon's balance of trade cumulated over the fist nine months of 2000 are as follows: Imports stand at $4,602 million—representing a drop of 11 percent. Exports, however, sharply rose by 1350 percent to $531 million. The overall deficit is therefore $4,071 million, a drop of 2.7 percent.
