Links Corporate Solutions has established itself as the first “one-stop shop” for companies and individuals seeking to set up business in Dubai. Launched last year to provide a comprehensive package of corporate services for organizations in the Gulf region, Links has been retained by a 100 percent United Arab Emirates (UAE)-owned company to act as sponsor or agent for new businesses being established in Dubai.

Its appointment as managing agents for commercial brokers, LCB, means that Links Corporate Solutions has full power of attorney to complete the official procedures for companies getting started in the Emirate.

The options for foreign companies supplying goods or services from abroad, without establishing a physical presence in Dubai, include the appointment of a commercial agent or distributor. Those requiring a physical presence to carry out their business can establish a representative or branch office with 100 percent foreign ownership, set up an LLC with a maximum of 49 percent foreign equity, or introduce a professional or consultancy business under a local license issued by the Government of Dubai.

Links Corporate Solutions also offers full support for companies seeking to establish 100 percent foreign-owned business ventures in one of Dubai’s various Free Zone facilities.

Established last December, Links has developed regional commercial partnerships with a number of service-driven organizations to provide its clients with a range of corporate services. These include employee benefits such as end of service indemnity funding, corporate training, and generic corporate services such as legal, accounting, advertising and public relations. — (menareport.com)
