Manning, Selvage & Lee (MS&L) MENA public relations, announced the completion of its first phase of expansion with the opening of offices in Beirut, Cairo, and Kuwait to augment existing offices in Jeddah and Dubai. This brings the total network staff count to 25 in under 12 months of operation.

MS&L, the latest addition to the aggregate brand building global group, B,com3, opened regional headquarters in Dubai in May 2001. Since then, the company has acquired several blue-chip accounts in the telecommunications, Information Technology (IT), finance and FMCG industries. Its client portfolio includes Cisco Systems, MasterCard International, Nokia Corporation, Philip Morris, Philips Electronics, Procter & Gamble, and Richemont Haute Horlogerie.

”Our unique advantage lies in our focus in crafting ‘localized' PR solutions, relevant to the region's cultural dynamics. This is a critical factor in securing incremental added value to our clients, not as suppliers, but partners,” stated Eddy Rizk, general manager.

MS&L MENA offers public relations capabilities including media relations, crisis communication, corporate affairs, product launches and event management. With more than 950 employees, 2001 fee income of $118 million and a network of 100 offices and affiliates, MS&L is one of the world's leading global public relations firms.

MS&L is a member of the Bcom3 Group of Companies, among the world's largest providers of communications services with operations in public relations, advertising, media planning and buying, digital marketing solutions, ethnic communications and direct marketing. — (menareport.com)
