In this course, fundamentals of simulation will be presented and will be illustrated through applications to real industrial systems. Attendees will have the opportunity to simulate a real-world problem that includes sequential operations, inspection, rework, and material handling. Hands-on computer experience will be provided to enable attendees to develop simulation models using SIMAN/ARENA; a popular and versatile industrial simulation language.
