Mashreqbank is now offering a comprehensive mortgage product with the launch of Home Loan, a finance facility for both residents and non-residents.
The mortgage has been developed in cooperation with real estate developers such as Nakheel, Emaar and Estithmaar to facilitate the purchase of residential properties over periods of up to 15 years or even more when appropriate.
A number of attractive features have been tailored for salaried, self-employed and overseas residents offering a competitive interest rate of 6.49 percent, stated a press release. Insurance finance is also provided.
Mashreqbank has set up special mortgage centers at its branches on Sheikh Zayed Road, Burjuman, Jumeirah and Riqqa Street as well its Mall Banking Customer Service Unit at Lamcy Plaza. — (menareport.com)
