Metalink reported a loss of $4.9 million for the fourth quarter of 2002, compared to a loss of $4.5 million for the third quarter of 2002 and a loss of $4.1 million for the fourth quarter of 2001. For the year 2002, Metalink reported a loss of $16.3 million compared to a loss of $11.1 million for the year 2001.
