President of the Federation of European Business Communicators, Alan Peaford is to conduct the Middle East’s first workshop of Business Communications Process Management (BCPM), at the Human Resources International 2003 conference in Dubai in March.
Peaford, who is also the President of the British Association of Communicators in Business and an advisor to the British Government on Business Communications, says the Middle East is lagging behind the West in BCPM, which, he claims, is proven to increase productivity and bottom lines. Peaford says though the Middle East is still far behind the West in BPCM, it will rapidly play catch-up in the decade to come.
Human Resources International 2003 will also feature an exhibition devoted to international HR practices and systems. — (menareport.com)
