As a result of MobileCom's campaign to help the victims across the nations affected by the Tsunami disaster, MobileCom’s CEO Mickael Ghossein handed over a JD5,000 cheque to Chairman of the Standing Commission of the Red Cross and Red Crescent and President of Jordan National Red Crescent Society Dr. Mohammad Hadid.
Attending the occasion was Head of Regional Office for the Middle East and North Africa of the International Federation of the Red Cross and Red Crescent Ahmad Jeezo as well as other MobileCom officials.
Haidid praised MobileCom’s support, stressing that it was in line with the directive of King Abdullah II, Honorary President for Jordan National Red Crescent Society. “The enormity of the upheaval caused by the Tsunami, which affected so many Asian countries, requires the collaboration of humane efforts from all around the world. By providing financial aid from its charitable campaign, MobileCom truly exhibited an admirable sense of responsibility towards Tsunami victims.”
