Egyptian singer Layla Ghofran has visited Morocco to begin a new venture outside of her successful singing career, as the songstress plans the opening of an Egyptian restaurant in the north African country.
Layla, who often takes the charts by storm, said that opening an eatery happened more by chance than planning and had never entertained the thought of moving in to the competitive industry. Elaph is reporting that the plan came about after she visited Morocco and failed to find a restaurant where she could dine on all the best that Egyptian cuisine has to offer. She also wants to enable the people of many people of Morocco to be able to dine on all the sumptuous delicacies her home nation.
Layla is still concentrating on her music career though, although she has said that she is delaying the release of her new album, due to the current conditions Egypt. The album was produced by Muhsim Jaber, who oversaw the entire creative process.
