The National Association of Corrosion Engineers (NACE) is backing the Chemtex and Corrosion Middle East 2002 professional showcase being held at the Dubai World Trade Center (DWTC) in March of 2002.

“NACE has nearly 60 years experience in developing corrosion prevention and control standards. It is the world's largest organization committed to the study of corrosion and has over 300 members in the Middle East all of whom will be among our targeted visitors. ” Said showcase organizer, International Expo Consults (IEC) Vice Chairperson, Mohammed Falaknaz.

“Corrosion technology is in demand from the Middle East’s developing petrochemical and construction industry which is constantly seeking new ways of combating the effects of a highly saline Arabian Gulf and one of the harshest climates,” said Falaknaz.

Now in its fifth year Chemtex & Corrosion Middle East 2002 will be held at the Dubai World Trade Centre from March 12-14. IEC has a portfolio of eight trade shows including the international aftermarket trade show; Autoparts Africa; SportEx Middle East; Theme Parks & Fun Centres Show; Middle East Water Park Expo; Glass, Ceramics, Minerals and Mining; Sign & Graphic Imaging Middle East and Middle East Chemtex. — (menareport.com)
