Nakheel has cautioned investors against third-party land transactions at its Jumeirah Lake Towers. "Nakheel wishes to formally serve notice to all interested parties seeking to acquire property at Jumeirah Lake Towers that plots of land and all rights attached thereto may not be re-sold or transferred to any third parties for any reason or purpose whatsoever," the property developer said in a notice.
