Nakheel, the UAE’s largest property developer, is looking to participate at Cityscape events in Asia after achieving more than US$100m of sales at Cityscape 2006 in Dubai.
Nakheel was a platinum sponsor of Cityscape 2006, which took place at the Dubai World Trade Centre between 4 – 6 December 2006. Key successes included US$20m of land sales at Dubai Waterfront, US$10m of sales of villas at Jumeirah Park, and US$80m of sales of 3 islands on The World development. The World sales followed a site visit to The World for more than 100 Cityscape delegates, including Donald Trump Jr, Ivanka Trump and Eric Trump.
Nakheel is looking to expand on the success by exhibiting at other Cityscape events in the coming – in particular Cityscape Asia, which takes place in Singapore from 10 – 12 April 2007, and Cityscape China from 24 – 26 May 2007.
