Nakheel Properties has launched Jumeirah Lake Towers, a property development located in Dubai. Comprising of 45 designed towers; the complex will be clustered together in groups of three and set amidst lakes and waterways.
In total, the project will cover 730,000 square meters, with the man-made lakes covering an extensive 116,000 square meters in themselves. Retail space will cover 75,000 square meters and the residential and office space a combined 1.9 million square meters.
The project will be sold on a freehold basis to the investors of the 45 plots. Construction has already commenced and is planned for completion towards the end of 2005.
