Dubai-based property development company Nakheel has received a “warm welcome” from the visitors to their stand at the United Arab Emirates (UAE) Trade Exhibition in Iran, over the first two days of the show, according to a company press release.

Participating in the trade exhibition in Tehran for the first time, Nakheel is showcasing its portfolio of developments from residential to retail, tourism and corporate projects in Dubai.

Nakheel is the company behind a variety of new landmark developments in Dubai. “In an effort to redefine the concept of property development in Dubai whether residential, tourist, commercial or retail, Nakheel has placed great importance on examining the requirements of the different sectors of the community and is developing its visionary projects around these findings”, said Sultan Ahmed Bin Sulayem, chairman of Nakheel.

From projects that will go down in history for sheer magnitude and grandeur like The Palm, to dream-like residences that redefine community living, Nakheel’s developments all bear a common stamp – innovative yet practical, exclusive yet affordable, always unique and iconic.

Nakheel relates to the way Dubai thinks, and this helps them to continue setting new parameters of excellence that will stand as symbols of success and innovation for years to come.

Nakheel’s fast growing portfolio currently under construction includes The World, The Palm, Jumeirah Islands, Jumeirah Lake Towers and The Gardens Shopping Mall. Projects already completed include The Gardens residential community.
