Nakheel's International City project, located in the Al Warsan area of Dubai, is moving ahead on schedule, with 100 per cent of infrastructure work now complete, the company announced on Wednesday. The property giant also confirmed that over 75 per cent of buildings at the development will be delivered to customers by November 2006.
