According to Al-Bayan newspaper, the Municipality of Dubai issued a permit to establish a 12-storey building in Al-Nahda area at Amman Street. Mr. Khaled Mohammed Saleh, Director of Buildings Department at the Municipality, estimates the project costs at Dh 35 million.
He estimated the project's total area at 224,232 square meters and the building area at 27,652 square meters. The official added that the building consists of 118 residential apartments, of which 48 single-bed room apartments and 70 double-bed room apartments, in addition to a number of offices, stores and parking lots.
