A new 30-storey commercial tower, whose construction will begin in July and be completed during the first three months of 2008, will offer commercial space for an estimated Dh800 to Dh850 per square foot.
The entire tower will consist of a 431,154 square feet area, according to Gulf News. Design for the tower was provided by Korea's Heerim, while the Shin Sung company will construct the project.
"Price of office space will range from Dh800 to Dh850 per square foot. We are going to start the sale of the tower's commercial space in a few weeks' time," said June-Soo Kim, chief executive of the projects' property developer, Axon Gulf.
