New offer regarding delayed Al Marsa Floating City project

The company responsible for the delayed Al Marsa Floating City project has offered to buy back the properties of homeowners who are unsatisfied with their investment.

 

According to the GDN, chairman of Bahrain-based Ossis Property Developers, Saud Abdulaziz Kanoo, has vowed to return what homeowners paid for their properties if they wished to quit the project. Sources disclosed that 275 properties in phases one, two and three of Al Marsa Floating City have been sold and all should have been completed by December.
