Jumeirah Beach Residence has announced the launch of a new range of exclusive apartments to supplement its existing range of studio to four-bedroom units, stated a press release.
The special apartments comprise penthouses, duplexes and terraces and will add a new dimension to the existing line-up. These are aimed at the top-end of the market, said Chief Executive Officer for Jumeirah Beach Residence project, Hashim Al-Dabal.
The project management decided to add these apartments after feasibility study showed that there is a great gap in this segment. Al-Dabal said the new apartments are to be built under a revised criterion of quality. The penthouses, located on the top of the 40 towers, would consist of two floors. Each will have a special swimming pool and jacuzzi and offer the choice of three interior finish options and four versions of floor plans.
Al-Dabal said Jumeirah Beach Residence is working on offering a wide range of special apartments to meet the varying demands of different categories of customers. — (menareport.com)
