According to Al-Yaum newspaper, the Al-Tanfidhi Development and Construction Group has recently bought a residential piece of land in Al-Bayonia neighborhood of Al-Khobar for SR 75 million. The area of this land, which is planned for residential and commercial multi-storey buildings, is estimated at 96,000 square meters.
Mr. Abdullah Sulaiman, CEO of the Group, said that the necessary infrastructure preparation operations are currently underway. He added that the land will be available for sale through an auction within a month from now. He also said that it will divided into 180 lots with an area of 325 meter per lot.
