Real estate developer Deyaar recently announced that it would be taking public bookings later this week for a new freehold residential tower project, the ‘Madison Residency,’ to be constructed at the Technology, Electronic Commerce and Media (Tecom) free zone.

"Deyaar's new purpose-built residential development provides the ideal opportunity for our customers to invest in their own freehold housing instead of spending their hard-earned money on paying Dubai's soaring rents,” explained Zack Shahin, CEO of Deyaar, according to Khaleej Times.

“The Madison Residency is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities that bring ease and convenience and make for a luxurious lifestyle," Shahin added.

Deyaar was launched four years ago as a wholly owned subsidiary of Dubai Islamic Bank with a capital base of Dh1 billion.

It is currently seeking to diversify and expand its property development and management operations in newer markets in the Middle East, North Africa and Europe. The company offers a range of property development, management, leasing and brokerage services for investors in residential and commercial properties.

Deyaar's recent developments include the residential and commercial Churchill Towers project and The Citadel, in Dubai's Business Bay. It manages more than 16,000 residential and commercial units across 700 buildings in the region.
