The UAE’s leading property development firm, Emaar, recently revealed plans for new measures which the company would take to to ensuring a positive working relationship with its agents. Under new regulations proposed, Emaar woul streamline its procedures and simplify processes between it and local agents.
"We consider our sales agents as part of our sales team and strive to keep an open line of communication with them to ensure that we address concerns or queries on a regular basis. Meetings like these are designed to create a win-win situation for all parties and we will continue to explore new ideas for an effective and efficient sales process," said Assistant Director of Sales, Emaar Properties, Bahiya Kayed.
Company representatives met with local sales agents to discuss such opportunities which would be mutually beneficial to all parties involved, according to Khaleej Times. Emaar representatives met with agents at Emaar’s head office, and came up with several amendments to the existing local agent contract.
Under the new amendments, a revamped ‘Agent Advantage Program’ was announced, which would go into effect immediately. The program aims to ease the agent registration process, while enhancing sales procedures. In addition, the program would rewarding outstanding sales achievements by agents.
