Charities in support of The Children of Lebanon, as well as UAE based charitable organisations will be the major beneficiaries of the official Quattro Hotel and Business Park Launch on 17th September 2006.
Rufi Group of Companies and Sharmland are donating one unit from the prestigious billion Dirham project, which is being marketed by Coldwell Banker. This will be auctioned during the gala dinner launch event for Quattro at the Jumeirah Beach Hotel next Sunday evening.
“All proceeds from the auction will be given to UNICEF and the Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Humanitarian & Charity Establishment, who will use the funds for a number of specific, special projects,” explains Gamal Al Bana, Chairman of Sharmland. “These include the provision of vaccinations to prevent disease, assistance to injured and orphaned children and a back to school campaign.”
Manzoor Rufi, chairman of Rufi Group of Companies added that the developers were delighted to be able to make a significant addition to the various fund raising campaigns that were underway in the United Arab Emirates.
Hesham Al Ghani, Architect and consultant – Dimension, said the government and the people of the UAE and all those living in the Emirates have already demonstrated their wonderful generosity in many ways, so as to help the families who lost so much in Lebanon.
“We are now counting on their continued generosity through bidding for this unit in the prestigious Quattro Hotel and Business Park. We will ensure that every dirham raised goes to these worthwhile causes,” he says. “We hope that there will be some aggressive bidding!”
Anyone interested in attending and bidding for the unit should contact Coldwell Banker in the Emaar Business Park before September 17th.
The Quattro Hotel and Business Park is one of the first projects to be established in Jumeirah Village South Circle, which is superbly situated on the junctions of Emirates Road, Barsha Road and Al Khail Road.
