Officials from Al Marsa Floating City development in the $1 billion Amwaj Islands project on Sunday rejected criticism that they had failed to deliver finished units.
According to Bahrain Tribune, Karim Shamma, marketing director Ossis Property Developers, which owns the project, said: “It is simply not true that there is no electricity and water. The first owner has already got the key and had moved in. There have been some procedural delays that were totally out of the company’s control. There are no more complaints on the ground."
