The inaugural Oil and Gas North Africa Exhibition and Conference that took place in 2001 attracted over 2,000 oil and gas executives from 43 countries. The more than 20 speakers who participated came from Algeria, Egypt, France, Libya, Morocco, Tunisia, UK and the European Commission. OGNA 2001 was opened by HE Moncef Ben Abdallah, Tunisia's Minister of Industry.
