Trading in the real-estate went up by 54 percent in Oman during 2005 compared to 2004, an official source said. Abdullah Bin Salem Al-Mkhaini, the real-estate secretary of records at the ministry of housing, power and water, told KUNA that real-estate transactions' value was estimated at 93.3 million Omani riyals.
