Dubai Department of Economic Development (DED) has signed a contract with Omnix International, BUSINESSONE partner in United Arab Emirates (UAE), for the development of a Contact Management Center (Call Center) for DED. DED's main aim is to actively facilitate the role of the private sector in Dubai’s economic life, offering them higher value added services.
The Economic Department was established in Dubai in 1992. In 1997 the name was changed to The Department of Economic Development. Omnix International is a locally owned company operating from the UAE and covering the Middle East, North America, and Western Europe. The head office is located in Dubai with branch offices in Abu Dhabi, Al-Ain, KSA, Qatar, Jordan, United Kingdom and Canada. — (menareport.com)
