DTZ, Bahrain associate director Duaij Al Rumaihi will present a paper on Opportunities for Real Estate Development in the GCC at a conference organised by Jacob Fleming Group Europe in Dubai on May 16 and 17.
According to GDN, Al Rumaihi is in charge for developing and leasing the retail aspects of the Bahrain World Trade Centre (BWTC), which is currently under construction in Manama.
