Oracle Middle East, the regional arm of the largest enterprise software vendor Oracle Corporation, announced the availability of Oracle Lease Management, a new Oracle E-Business Suite application that is designed to manage complex leasing agreements for the Middle East's booming residential and commercial construction and property sectors.

Oracle Lease Management offers to automate the complete lease lifecycle. “Based on the fact that an increasing majority of residents in the Middle East lease rather than own their accommodation and business premises, Oracle Lease Management is a solution that is virtually custom-made for the needs of this region. Oracle Lease Management is the first and only integrated, Internet-based leasing solution currently available,” commented Husam Dajani, vice president of Oracle Middle East.

"The Middle East's property market can be extremely complex, as companies need to actively manage multiple agreements, parties and relationships with a lot of flexibility," continued Dajani. "The highly configurable nature of Oracle Lease Management enables organizations in the region to define their own business rules, calculations and products.” — (menareport.com)
