Egypt’s Orascom Telecom Holding (OTH) has announced a new management structure in its operations. Two new major divisions, Operations Control and Finance Division, have been established, stated a press release.
In the new structure, Naguib Sawiris will assume the post of both Chairman and CEO of the Group. The Operations Control Division will be headed by Zouhair Abdel Khaliq, in his new capacity as Executive Officer Operations Control, where he will be responsible for IT, technology, operations control, strategic planning, commercial, human resources and administration.
The Finance Division will be headed by Aldo Mareuse, who is appointed in the position of Executive Officer Finance , where he will be responsible for project financing, corporate accounting, budgeting and planning, treasury, and investor relations. — (menareport.com)
