The Palm project will commence a week long marketing road show in the UK starting this week. The Palm will also join a contingent of prominent Dubai companies to support the 20th running of the Dubai International Arabian Horse Race to be held in Newbury on Sunday 20th July.
“The UK market has shown a keen interest in The Palm project with many properties already having been sold to UK investors”, said Sultan Ahmed Bin Sulayem, chairman of The Palm. Whilst in the UK The Palm will focus their marketing efforts on the second of the two islands – The Palm, Jebel Ali.
In total, there will be approximately 2000 Signature Villas, Garden Homes and Town Homes, together with several luxury apartment buildings and 1060 Water Homes on The Palm, Jebel Ali, which will be 7.5 kilometers in width and 7 kilometers in length.
Prices for properties range from 1,870,000 to 5,115,000 dirhams. An up front ten percent deposit is required to secure all bookings, and ownership of the properties is on a freehold basis to all nationalities. — (menareport.com)
