Pluristem Life Systems, Inc., is moving its corporate headquarters to Haifa, Israel, following its acquisition of an Israeli biotechnology company. Pluristem will be located in the MATAM Advanced Technology Center, one of the largest hi-tech industrial parks in Israel.

The company will occupy 5,400 square feet of laboratory and office space. The facility also has three clean rooms and specialized equipment such as a high-level fluorescent microscope.

An emerging developer of stem cell expansion technology, Pluristem is concentrating on the expansion of cord blood hematopoietic stem cells and may provide, upon successful development and regulatory approval, critical cell expansion services to cord blood banks and transplant centers in the US and Europe. — (menareport.com)
