Al Bustan Centre and Residence celebrates annual Staff Party
Al Bustan Centre and Residence, the popular hotel-apartment among tourists and businessmen in the heart of Dubai, recently celebrated its annual staff party at Al Nahda Ballroom.
With a theme of ‘The Retro Night, the ballroom was transformed into a lively retro hub as more than 300 hotel employees dressed in creative outfits from yesteryears, enjoyed an evening filled with fun and excitement, as they boogied to the rhythm of the 60’s, 70’s and 80’s.
During the event, hotel employees were recognized for their outstanding efforts and great accomplishments throughout the year of 2014 up to the beginning of first quarter of 2015.
Mr. Moussa El Hayek, Chief Operating Officer, was very grateful as he appreciated the team’s effort in making ABCR one of the most sought after hotel-apartment in Dubai. “I highly commend the hard work of the employees especially their remarkable performance last year. The hotel’s overall performance cannot be achieved without the team’s constant commitment and dedication in providing the guests superior and exceptional service,” he noted.
Recognitions were given to ‘Employee of the Year’, ‘Supervisor of the Year’, ‘Associate of the Year’, ‘Star Employee of the Year’, and ‘Best Attendance. To make the evening livelier, other special awards such as best ‘Retro Outfit’ and the most awaited ‘Al Bustan Got Talent’ award based on professionalism, team player, and great peer relationship, was handed to the Housekeeping Department. The evening was capped with a lavish dinner buffet and evening party.
