Al Bustan Centre and Residence hosts tour operators from different regions of CIS

Al Bustan Centre and Residence, the popular hotel apartments among visiting tourists and businessmen in the heart of Dubai, recently hosted the stay of 30 tour operators from the different regions of Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) namely Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Ukraine and Armenia, who were in Dubai on a Familiarization (FAM) tour. 

The FAM trips are held throughout the year to foster close ties with potential customers and introduce them to the facilities and services of the property. The tour operators from the different regions of CIS stayed at the hotel’s rooms and appreciated its hospitality and services. 

Moussa El Hayek, Chief Operating Officer of Al Bustan Centre and Residence, said: “We are pleased to welcome the tour operators from major CIS regions. We always aim to exceed our client’s expectation by providing a wide array of amenities and facilities to enrich their stay at the property. We have recently launched major refurbishment at our property which will be completed in upcoming months; so that our guests have an enhanced experience.” 

The CIS markets like Russian, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Ukraine and Armenia play an important role in the growth and expansion of tourism industry in Dubai. Today, many cities in the CIS states have launched direct flights to Dubai which is the main reason to witness huge influx of tourist from this region. 

“The CIS is one of the most important source markets for us and it remains comparatively stable and promising for Dubai; we hope to secure more traffic from this market with our enhanced amenities and facilities.” further added Moussa. 

The FAM tour is very useful for the tour operators and travel agents as it increases their product knowledge and experience the product first hand so that they can effectively sell it to their clients.
