Al Bustan Centre and Residence organizes tree planting ceremony

Al Bustan Centre and Residence, the popular hotel apartments among visiting tourists and businessmen in the heart of Dubai, recently organized a tree planting ceremony as part of Responsible Awareness Program (RAP) initiative for its employees, in a bid to reduce carbon foot prints by creating awareness and encouraging the practice of planting trees. 

Employees from various departments of the property actively participated in the initiative and also took a pledge to create awareness about the significance of planting more trees for a healthier pollution free environment.

Moussa El Hayek, Chief Operating Officer of Al Bustan Centre & Residence said: “We, Al Bustan Centre and Residence, are committed towards preserving environmental resources by reducing our carbon foot prints. In order to achieve our sustainability goals, every year we organize this ceremony at the property to create awareness about the significance of planting trees. Our main aim in organizing such an activity at the property is to encourage the employees on the importance of planting because trees help in restoring degraded environments. ” 

Al Bustan Centre and Residence, as part of its RAP initiatives, undertakes a series of programs for its employees every year to educate them on various ways to preserve the environment. As part of the tree planting ceremony, new plants were added at the terrace of the property.
