Al Bustan Centre & Residence celebrates a power packed Annual Staff Party

Al Bustan Centre and Residence, the popular hotel apartments among visiting tourists and businessmen located in the heart of Dubai celebrated its Annual Staff Party in grand style on Tuesday night May 20, 2014 at its premises. The much-awaited event honours and recognizes the important role played by the property’s employees in its progress and development as a hospitality venue of repute.   

Reverberating with familiar superhero catch phrases like, ‘Up, up and away’, Al Bustan Centre’s Annual Staff Party was held under the remarkably appropriate theme of “Superheroes of Al Bustan’ recognizing outstanding employees who had performed excellently during the past year. These 'superheroes' were Employee of the Year, Supervisor of the Year, Associate of the Year and Star Employee of the Year, all of whom received outstanding applause for their hard work, service and commitment from the Management and other staff members.  

The event was made even more memorable with each employee adorning his or her favourite superhero outfit recalling various Marvel or DC characters, while the venue itself was adorned with matching comic book frills and characters, to heighten the fun-filled atmosphere. The highlights of the evening were the Best Costume event and the ‘Al Bustan's Got Talent’ contest where seven different presenters held the audience spellbound with their one-of-a-kind performances. The happy winners were later awarded with cash prizes and trophies.

Moussa El Hayek, Chief Operating Officer, Al Bustan Centre and Residence said: “I heartily extend my appreciation for all the efforts put forth by the staff over the past year and until the beginning of the first quarter of 2014, when good results have been achieved. This would not have been possible without the hard work and commitment of our team members and I take this opportunity to congratulate them all. With the current renovation of our guest rooms set to be completed during the second quarter of 2014, we look forward to offering better products and services to our esteemed guests”. He added, “Once completed, the staff will be invited to see and view the new facilities”.
