Alef Group Launches Two Buildings With 352 Residential Units In Sawa Cluster At Al Mamsha Seerah

Following overwhelming demand from investors for the “Suroor 1, 2, 3, and 4” buildings in “Al Mamsha Seerah”, Alef Group, the leading real estate development company in the Emirate of Sharjah, has launched two buildings in the second cluster “Sawa” in Al Mamsha Seerah. The first building, “Sawa 1”, includes 171 residential units, and the second building, “Sawa 2”, consists of 181 residential units of 1-2-3-bedroom apartments.

“Al Mamsha Seerah” in Al Mamsha is strategically located on Sheikh Khalid Bin Sultan Al Qasimi Street near the University City of Sharjah, Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, and Sharjah International Airport. It consists of 10 buildings spread across three clusters. The first cluster, Suroor, was launched last year and includes four buildings. The number of buildings in the latest cluster "Sawa", will be revealed successively, while plans for the third cluster are set to be announced in the near future.
