AlMabarrah Alkhalifia Foundation Launches Its Summer Training Program for Ithra Students

AlMabarrah AlKhalifia Foundation announced the launch of its summer training program for Ithra Alumni Club participants, with the participation of approximately 13 male and female students starting from the 21st to the 25th of August, in cooperation with Zain Bahrain.

As part of the program, the participating students will be allocated to different departments with Zain Bahrain for a period of one week. Students will be assigned to perform several functional tasks with the aim of instilling confidence in the participants, enhancing the spirit of teamwork, in addition to teaching them the required skills to dealing with several situations when entering the job market.

Through this program, AlMabarrah AlKhalifia Foundation aims to introduce the importance of community service, as volunteer work is considered a main objective of theirs. The Foundation is committed to organizing programs aimed at refining personalities of younger generation and developing their sense of responsibility, as well as providing opportunities to implement their ideas and achieve success, in addition to adapting to various work environments.

It is noteworthy that this is the 11th version of the summer training program for the Ithra Alumni Club, as the Foundation has cooperated KFH Bahrain and McDonald’s restaurant chain under Fakhro Restaurants Company, as part of its summer training programs in the previous years.
