AlMabarrah AlKhalifia Foundation has announced the opening of registration for its various scholarship programs, including the Rayaat Scholarship Program for the academic year 2025-2026, HRH Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa Scholarships at private universities within the Kingdom, and H.H. Shaikha Moza Bint Hamad Al Khalifa Medical Scholarship.

Students can submit their applications through the Foundation’s website from February 2 to February 12, 2025. Shortlisted applicants will be evaluated based on the following criteria: academic performance, assessments, personal interviews, volunteer work, and personal achievements.

In the upcoming academic year, the Foundation will offer a Bachelor’s degree as part of the Rayaat program in collaboration with the University of Bahrain and Bahrain Polytechnic. Additionally, 12 scholarships will be awarded under the HRH Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa Scholarships program in partnership with the following academic institutions: the British University of Bahrain, Ahlia University, University of Technology Bahrain, Bangor University, and the University of London at the Bahrain Institute of Banking and Finance (BIBF). Under the H.H. Shaikha Moza Bint Hamad Al Khalifa Fund, the Foundation will provide medical scholarships opportunity to RCSI – Bahrain. Those wishing to apply to the private universities mentioned must attach an acceptance letter to the application form.

Her Highness Shaikha Zain bint Khalid Al Khalifa, Chairperson of the Board of Trustees of AlMabarrah AlKhalifia Foundation, expressed her pleasure in opening registration for the Rayaat Scholarship Program. She emphasized that the increasing number of applicants reflects a conscious generation eager to pursue university education. Her Highness also extended her gratitude to all the partnering universities and encouraged companies and institutions to invest in education through future collaborative opportunities.

The Rayaat Scholarship Program, launched in 2011, adopts a comprehensive approach to promoting educational achievement and personal development among Bahraini youth. It provides scholarships for students to join accredited universities in the Kingdom of Bahrain while offering numerous benefits, including financial incentives and training opportunities within both the private and governmental sectors.

Students can also participate in skill-building workshops designed to enhance their self-confidence and competencies. The Foundation aims to empower Bahraini youth to achieve academic excellence, support them in reaching their goals, and provide additional opportunities to pursue their university education. Through these initiatives, the Foundation seeks to cultivate a conscious and educated generation capable of overcoming challenges and contributing meaningfully to their communities.
