The launch of the service is in line with the government instructions to keep social distancing and moving restrictions across the country to combat COVID-19.

The telehealth service allows patients to seek medical consultations in real time through computers, smartphones or tablets for consultations via video/voice calls. To register themselves for the service and to begin consultation, a patient should first book an appointment by contacting the call center or visiting the website, with the added option of requesting specific physicians. The service will cover all specialties.
