Street Eats at Armani/Amal

Street food is the new fine dining at Armani/Amal where we’re putting hawker flavours front and centre for an entire month. Whether you’re new to the roadside foodie scene or a culinary adventurer, take your pick from Amritsari stuffed kulchas, pani puri shots from Uttar Pradesh, our own unique take on classic chaat, punchy samosas, grab and go vada pao sandwiches and hot buttery pav bhaji. Save some room for a final sweet iced hit of kulfi falooda or 24-karat gold sprinkled glass of daulat ki chaat.

Flavours of Sakura at Armani/Hashi 

As the sakura cherry blossoms start to fall across Japan, we pay tribute to the arrival of Spring in the east with a multi-course menu that celebrates the best of seasonal flavours. Share the celebration at a unique dining occasion featuring a duo of cold and hot sakura box delicacies for the definitive umami experience. Start with a cold selection that includes Japanese egg omelette, assorted sashimi, deep-fried soy eggplant with basil miso and tuna tataki before dipping into a hot collection with tiger prawn tempura, miso black cod and tajima wagyu with maitake mushroom. Floral notes conclude the celebration with an original dessert finale with an edible floral note.

Pronto Lunch at Armani/Deli 

The Italians love nothing more than a long lunch but if you’re pressed for time, head to Armani/Deli…pronto. Take time out from your hectic schedule, pop in for a quick lunchtime treat, and let our enthusiastic chefs and tempting dishes fire up your taste buds. The Pronto Lunch menu delivers the big Italian flavours that we’re known for but served rapido – with a choice of two or three-course menus that will refresh and refuel you for the rest of the day. 

Need convincing? Buffalo mozzarella with oven baked tomatoes and basil pesto, buckwheat penne with mussels and pecorino cheese, Jerusalem artichoke risotto, braised brisket with pumpkin, confit chicken leg and roasted capsicum…and we haven’t even mentioned the dessert vitrine!

Dining at Armani Hotel Dubai is always an A-List experience and our signature afternoon tea is no different. From this April, Armani/Lounge presents The A Tea, where English tradition meets Italian styled inspiration on the cake stand each and every afternoon. Unpretentious yet delicious, classic yet exquisite, expect the very best of savoury and sweet delights. Start with our contemporary selection of fresh sandwiches and indulgent dolci from the talented pâtisserie brigade to an assortment of homemade scones with a delectable dollop of clotted cream and oh-so-fruity preserves.

Savour the treasures of the sea just as they would across the Mediterranean coastline in Armani/Mediterraneo. We’re celebrating seafood in all its delectable forms from France to the Levant. Imagine the bounty you’ll discover on our iced seafood station, like oysters, razor clams,

tiger prawns, lobster tails, blue crab and more. And you won’t need a treasure map to find our hot mains like surf and turf, creamy cod, stuffed squid and seafood paella. Then, if you have any room left, our indulgent dessert selection is always in season.
