Arab Bank honored with seven Aawards during IMF and IIF Meetings

Arab Bank was honored at an awards ceremony in Washington DC during the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the Institute of International Finance (IIF) meetings recently with seven awards from the international financial publication, Global Finance.

A delegation from Arab Bank attended the IMF and IIF meetings to discuss the current global financial situation and other developments in the banking industry.

The awards included Best Trade Finance Provider in the Middle East, Jordan and Yemen, Best Emerging Market Bank in Jordan and Yemen in addition to Best Foreign Exchange Provider and Best Investment Bank in Jordan.

Accepting the awards during the ceremony was Ms. Dina Shoman, Executive Vice President of Branding at Arab Bank, who commented: “These awards reflect our leading position in local and international markets and are testaments to the strength of our diverse business lines, as well as our sound banking strategies and solid franchise in both Jordan and the Middle East.”
