Are you tough enough? Ski Dubai present ice warrior II

Following the success of 2010’s inaugural Ice Warrior challenge at Ski Dubai from Majid Al Futtaim Leisure and Entertainment, November will see one of the world’s toughest challenges return to the sub-zero arena.
This year, Ski Dubai will again encourage candidates to sign up for a good cause with over half the registration fee going to Dubai Centre for Special Needs, helping to raise money for the charity providing specialized education and therapy for children with various disabilities.
Scheduled to start at 7am on Saturday November 19th, the Ice Warrior II Challenge will see participants pushed to the limits of mental and physical endurance through obstacles that have been modeled on the world’s toughest commando assault course as they race to become the fastest man or woman to complete the course in Ski Dubai’s state-of-the-art facilities.
“We are very proud to be able to bring the second edition of the Ice Warrior Challenge to Ski Dubai this year - it is a wonderful initiative that will not only raise money for a noble cause but is a huge personal achievement for contestants as a test of willpower, strength and determination. We look forward to seeing a great turnout this year and I strongly encourage people to come to Ski Dubai, whether to get involved or support the cause as a spectator,” commented Omar El Banna, Sales & Marketing Director, Majid Al Futtaim Leisure and Entertainment.
Aspiring candidates can sign up in groups of ten or individually with a limited 100 spots available. Groups and individuals interested in participating simply need to go to www.premiermarathons.com to register while spectators can come along for the ride with no charge.
