Azizi Developments’ Creek Views I in DHCC Is Now 87% Complete

The developer’s world-class project is moving quickly, with the expected completion to be in Q2 2022

The development is now 87% complete and is scheduled to be handed over by Q2 2022, with its structure, blockwork and Internal plastering already being finished, and its tiling, HVAC and MEP works now being 93 per cent, 73 per cent and 62 per cent complete respectively.

Creek Views I is home to 634 units that comprise 396 studios, 218 one-bedroom flats, and 20 two-bedroom units, as well as 33,341 square feet of premium retail space.
